Well today is the day that I can officially say I have been able to acquire two desirable very scarce pens at great prices.

This particular ink was amazing with the flex nib, the red ink was just great! The ink showed somewhat of a variant with the flex nib on the Waterman.

I took a shot in the dark a few month ago and bought a vintage pen lot from Germany. Unknown to me at the time, I had many early Soennecken's and this amazing Swan which I thought may of been silver. I don't think its silver, as it has no hallmarks and doesn't have that certain 'glean' like my other sterling silver pens. No numbers on the bottom or anything, just a name on the name plate. Any help would be appreciated.

I've always loved what I read about Rohrer & Klingner inks, especially the ones that have phenomenal shading properties. When I was given the opportunity to try out one of the inks, I jumped on it. I love the shade of red that Morinda offered, so I was more than happy to try it out in a flexible Waterman. Below I was trying to capture some of the shading properties of the ink, and I thought they were a great combination together.
Just look at how much the R&K Morinda loved the Waterman!
